• Pricing feedback or a possible error? Tell us the species and the attributes you entered, what estimate you got, and what you expected — ideally with a real cleared-sale price. Concrete trade data is how the model improves.
• Reporting a stone? We cannot appraise, authenticate or value individual stones by email; please use an accredited gem laboratory or a qualified appraiser.
• Press or advertising? Note your organisation and deadline and we will route it appropriately.
